How long will the assessment take to complete?
- Average completion time is 5 minutes
Is it completely free?
- Er... yes. You only need to provide your name and email address to receive the results
How quickly will I get the results?
- The results, including strengths and recommended areas for improvement, will be made available as soon as you have completed the assessment
How many questions are there?
- There are 15 questions in total across 5 different areas of ERG Effectiveness. It may sound like a lot, however, we want you to get the most accurate and useful results as possible, and so this is the lowest number of questions without compromising the assessment.
What if I don't have all of the answers?
- Most of the questions require an answer on a sliding scale from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree. If you are unsure of the answer, you can select the 'Neutral' midpoint of the scale.
We have more than one ERG - how should I answer?
- We recommend you share the link with your ERG Leader for them to complete. The Maturity Assessment is designed to assess one Employee Network. If all of your networks are at a similar stage, then the results will be similar.
